Dday--The problem I have with NITE is the little trick they have been doing at the opening of the market.
Because they are so large they are able to see the buy/sell patterns in a given stock before the market opens. They then load up in the premarket and take advantage of it to profit when the stock moves the way they could see coming. There was surge of articles and a few condemnations of what they were doing for a while on the net then lately silence. Personally think it should be banned and prosecuted.

I went on the NYFIX site to check it out. It looks interesting, but doesn't ARCA or CyBercorp already have something similar in place. Maybe you know more about it. On the other hand which firm is your firm, and can anyone open an account? Please email me at shneed@darwinmail.net
