Hi jim kelley; I just took a real look at the Mitsubishi website, and they look to still be in the DRAM business. Unlike OKI, they have 256Mb DDR parts sampling.

If Rambus can get Mitsubishi to sign, it would be far more significant than OKI. Just as a total guess, I would bet for a 25% pop on Mitsubishi news, vs the 6% pop on OKI.

The problem with Hitachi is that the agreement was only a 6 month agreement. OKI, on the other hand, ships mostly parts that are not covered by the Rambus agreement.

Fujitsu also looks to be staying in the DRAM business, but their parts are not as sweet as the Mitsubishi ones. Maybe a 15% pop with a Fujitsu agreement.
