There are litterally hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of cases you can see where PUMP and dump scammers have not only been caught and fined and or barred from trading etc...and very very few cases where "Bashers" have been taken to task. Are there gangs of Bashers...sure...and they are easy to recognize...they post stuff like "THIS ONE IS GOING TO TANK SELL NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE IT IS A SCAM" Far cry from what most people call a basher...someone who posts information that is not flattering to the company, but is factual. The longer these message boards go on the more and more cases become available for you to see just how incorrect your 2 previous posts are. Take MTEI or instance. The whistle blowers called that one perfectly. They posted tons of DD with links to factual information. They were labeled everything in the book. They were harrased, people made death threats, posted the cut and paste you just made, over and over again. In the end, the "bashers" were right.MTEI was a scam.... Want other examples.. Go look at the RMIL thread...a guy named tonto started looking into company statements and started posting his concerns. Got the "basher " treatment. End result...RMIL is still delisted Silicon investor and many of these people that the rookies label "Basher" have uncovered many a scam, and their information, had people been open minded enough to listen , they could have salvaged some or all of their money. On the MTEI thread somewhere is a post telling of a guy who put $27,000 his whole portfolio into MTEI...it shot to $77,000 and he chose to listen to the touts... IT is now worthless. I, myself, tried to warn people on the CLVE thread on raging bull when it was being pump and dumped. I got death threats, my email addresses flooded with smut...I was called everything in the book... And guess what...I was dead on..I tried to get any of them to just look into my facts, they were all verifiable...but the newbies chose to listen to the touts..why? Because the touts were telling them what they wanted to hear, not what they needed to know... End result...They could have bailed at 70 cents when CLVE was still on the OTC and I sounded the alarm. Most of them still hold it more than a year later, on the Pink sheets for 1 cent... Want more? ok...I warned the UMEM people that the recent reverse merger and reverse split was going to bring the stock to $2 or less...that the $200 the touts were screaming (20 million outstanding) was pie in the sky... Sure enough they chose to listen to the touts who pumped it over 2 days to $98. It crased and fast to $5 and now sits at $1.87ish the list is endless. The moral of the story.. #1 The people you think are your friends online, often are picking your pockets. The people you dislike the most because they are posting truths you don't think make your company look good...well, you best study what they have to say because the truth, though often unflattering, is more important than denial. I challenge you to use the energy you are spending posting this "basher " Nonesence, and instead go out and learn the real truth... The sec archives are full of examples of Pump and dump scams... In the past 3 years alone I have lost count of how many I have seen take place. And I talk to a lot of the victims...the pump and dumpers are hurting people, not the whistle blowers... Whether you believe me or not right now, isn't important. If you manage to last 2 years...you will see, then, that I am right..
