Richard, I'm a little confused. For months, Bilow was bashing RMBS. Then, a few weeks back after the Hitachi agreement, I got the sense that he had capitulated and was pro-Rambus. Now I've noticed that he's bashing it again. Reminds me of pro wrestlers, who are bad guys, then become good guys, and then bad again. Re: some people just don't have the time... If your time is limited, and you have negative feelings towards liars, here's a suggestion. You have made (I think) a substantial investment in Rambus based partly on repeated public assurances from Intel that it was fully behind the technology (with something other than backstabbing in mind). Now Intel is licensing new PC133 and DDR chipsets from VIA, SiS, Ali, pretty much everybody except my cat, for its current and future products. I'd say it's time for an investor's class action suit against Intel! And who better to initiate a lawsuit than a ramboid like yourself! Dan
