Tevee, I agree with your assement of the situation regarding the value of snap.If we step back and look at the big picture, there is no diamond deposit in the world that at this stage has the overall value as snap excluding ABZ.It is my belief that with the current addition expected in the next few weeks of tonnage, that in terms of overall value snap will quickly move into the position of the worlds most valuable diamond deposit. It is clear that the investors some of who post on this thread have no idea of the value they hold with their fractional ownership in the above mentioned deposit, including John Kaiser. While I expect a buyout,I wish we could turn off the stock market trading in WSP shares for the next 5 years, therebuy getting the full amount out of our investment.I know that markets do not work in this fashion. While many can only have the ability to think short term,it is clear that DB has the foresight to realize the full scope of snap and will more than likely capitolize at the expence of WSP exisiting shareholders. As for JK telling his clients to tender at the current bid, showes his scence of understanding of how to evaluate the value of a business,I hope people don't pay too much money for his advise, I would't take it if it were free. James

teevee...

I agree 100% with you on the fact that DeBeers needs Snap Lake to accomplish all of their future plans and to stay on top of the Diamond cartel, I just don't see anyone coming forward to bid against them on the play......they are going to steal this thing away from Winspear for Approx. $6.00 share........there is not one single sign or rumor or anything indicating another bidder. DeBeers is going to get away with the "hoist of the century", only opposition at this point is shareholders and they will cave at $6.00......
