HJ -- I visit Vietnam several times a year. This exchange has been a long time coming -- and it has started very, very small as you can see. I work with some individuals involved or planning to be involved. Forget military force. Buy the world a coke and open up global stock trading and watch the world evolve into the big market place it has always yearned to be. Everybody has their own experiences -- I know many people for whom it will always be a source of pain, loss and anger. But my experiences in Vietnam have been among the most positive of my life. This new stock market is the tip of a toe in the water. There is no turning back now. I wish all the best for these extraordinary people.
