Luey: This horse is still laying down. Look at the latest news release and go to their site and take the virtual tour. It wouldn't surprise me that a education center of this caliber would not be in heavy demand not only in Tampa but also here in Dallas. This area is fast becoming the "Second Silicon Valley". The hot spot here for high tech growth is called the "I-190 Corridor. I think you should see $.50 a share by the end of third quarter (calender) and the explosion in Jan 2001. If they are doing something else we are not privy to (New Products, etc.)it could take off before that.
