I forgot about the power consumption and with a .13u Coppermine, Intel should continue to do well in the notebook market.

I'm sure there will be a few glitches with Willamette...it's a totally new core...
OTOH, the better reason for .13u Coppermines is RAMBUST.
Intel simply cannot afford to put all it's eggs in Willys basket. Especially with RAMBUST adding to the system costs...
It's way to dangerous for Intel to leave Coppermine at .18u.
