That's all well and good, but enforcement has been, shall we say, selective. Luc, in taking a long-time bearish stance that was manifestly unpopular, was therefore a lightening rod for abuse and provocation. In a nutshell, he is a political prisoner. Many of the other listed violations are violated routinely with no actions being taken (the Spam one comes to mind, especially lately on Stock Attack). I am requesting that Luc be reinstated without further delay.

These Guideline Do Not Justify Suspending Luc For GFY If GFY is a suspend able offense, that must be clearly articulated, and each and every offense needs to be handled in the same manner. It is my expectation that I would be able to rely upon information from Luc this evening as I prepare for my trading activity and during the day Monday. Because of your capricious and arbitrary action SI is denying me that opportunity, and in the process potentially causing be to incur significant financial damages. This is just another example of the way in which the negligent manner SI has conducting their business has caused me financial damages. Please advise me of your intent with regard to allowing Luc to participate on SI so that I might pursue other remedies available to me if necessary.

A regular search of www.google.com brings us gfy.com "Good's For You 2000 Online General Family Shopping Mall."
