**So I speculate that MRVC holders to get 1.5 shares of LUMN per share of MRVC.**

Your extrapolations seem the most realistic, IMHO, Peter.

Seems Luminent is popping up all over the place with these wild, share, price projections.

Personally, I never thought we would get this lucky...and we haven't until it happens, being a pessimist, anyone surprised?

Best case, I thought we might get the opportunity to buy a small portion of Lumn's IPO and that would be that.

Again, the Corvis IPO, underwritten by the same folks that
are doing LUMN's seems to tell me a lot...
approximately what to expect in regards to time until actually coming to market, how long quiet periods might last, length of lock-out expiration, etc.

Corvis got lucky and hit the cycle of irrational exuberance for the optical sector, even in a correcting nasdaq...was it really luck?

So, knowing what we know, when LUMN is ready to go to market we will come up short in the LUCK department but odds are that one of these rascals will make us some real money.
