IF this is true, there is something called Rule 128 that will rectify it: "RETRACTED because attorney Timothy Blackford and Ziasun lied in Court Papers) The Truthseeker.com NEVER put "Company Press Release" in their press release. Liar Timothy Blackford ESQ. still went into court knowing this and obtained "first one of its kind" restraining order and Court ordered retraction." Not sure that the partners of his august firm would like a ruling like that associated with them. Perhaps more research on that subject might bear some fruit....
