I think that we may gap up tomorrow too. And you are right, I am not expecting another crash. I think that the pros are prepared for this and they are cushioning it with very orderly trading. We lost a pretty decent percentage last week and I never sensed the panic that we had back in April or any of the other recent corrections. Other factors: Greenspan is a smart guy. Though the numbers were not good for interest rates last week, AG knows that the previous interest rate hikes have yet to work themselves through the system and he will risk overshooting his mark by raising rates again.

As far as CSCO goes. I wouldn't tell you what to do, but I am not selling. Selling covered calls ain't a bad idea though if properly timed and on a rally. And those August options are losing time value every day....
