Lizzie, I have a cousin out in San Mateo at INKT. He was like the tenth employee or something and got 50K shares before the IPO. Now after a few splits, he's a multi-multi-multi millionaire many times over, even though INKT is 50% off its high. I'm keeping my eyes open while I'm out here for some good opportunities. I can't seem to find much except ideas that are totally flakey being run by people that think any idiot can become rich the dot com way. I've got 2 solid leads so far, but it will all depend on the options package they offer me. If I can bargain my way in to a deal I see favorable, I might find my way out here for good. Do you know if pre-IPO companies allow their employees to buy additional shares before the IPO? That's the kind of deal I'd be most interested in....
