I SAY NOKIA! Hope so, but I would think an announcement of that magnitude would be made after the market closes rather than at midday.

<<I SAY NOKIA!>> Ya know, I've been sitting here and wondering about that....saying to myself "what kind of joint venture could they be doing" Nokia popped up in my mind, but what exactly would the JV be about??? We know eventually Nokia needs to do something, but an actual partnership of sorts with the Q??
