Because A Garage Displays A Sign

"Not Responsible For Damage Due to Negligence" doesn't mean they are not. In fact, it has even been argued that the display of the sign shows that management is aware that their employees act negligently.

I can assure you the bears will take the rear
seat on FAIRNESS. Bears are not good for business.

I don't expect anyone can know how funny that statement is to me. To understand, you'd have to know how much heat I've taken for "playing favorites with the bears".

It's a fact that bulls get suspended far more frequently than bears. I don't know the exact percentages, but off the top of my head, I'd guess that 75% of suspendees are bulls who over-react to criticism of their stocks.

Personally, I have no bias toward bulls or bears. Whether someone is optimistic or pessimistic about the market or any particular company is irrelevant for purposes of my job. But I do feel (and have said in the past) that I feel that bears are under-represented on most boards, and that's also true here.
