Jon, That's nice to hear Eudora chimes on the interview. radiowallstreet.com
I wonder if that's one of the those cunning subliminal advertising tricks. Probably not because at about 17.00 there was what sounded like a subway train going through the room.

Actually, the Eudora chimes are a bit of a pain to me these days. With ADSL always on, if I forget to turn the speakers off, I wake up at 4am or some stupid time with Total Telecom or someone else, emailing me the latest news report and Eudora loudly giving its happy wakeup call. This doesn't help my popularity.

Incidentally, it's hard to remember just how amazing Web systems are these days. I now have Radio Wallstreet running with Irwin talking, with a dozen browsers open, with ADSL giving fast and cheap connection to what is near enough an infinite array of information for no charge at my fingertips in just a few seconds.

If I think back to 1993 or even 1995, struggling around the internet with Compuserve charging me a fortune per minute for a tiny bit of information which arrived really slowly, today is simply amazing.

Thinking forwards [or going forwards as we do these days] imagine what It's going to be like in 2007. WWeb access is going to be as amazing after 7 years as Web access is today compared with 1993. But more so. What's even more exciting is that everyone who wants to use the WWeb world will give me $$ [or more likely, QQ]

Heck, with Eudora ringing bells all over the Web, anyone who uses fibre web will give me QQ too.

Tomorrow, swarms of people will dump their QUALCOMM and Globalstar shares. In 2002, they will wonder why they did that. Journalists will write articles about how in 2000 it seemed that QUALCOMM had had its day and Globalstar had nearly the highest short interest in the Nasdaq.
