FDKP...this news ought to shake it up good...

If shareholders get their certs and there is only
a 1.5MM float, this thing could really blow!!!
Wish I had more...and if the mm's try to fake us out

Finders Keepers Inc. (FDKP) Shareholders Calling in Certificates

NEW YORK, Jul 28, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Finders Keepers Inc. (OTCBulletinBoard:FDKP), has
received notification from several large current shareholders that they have requested their stock certificates
from brokerage firms to be delivered to them in lieu of the their current FDKP shares held in street name.

The current share structure consists of 11,554,418 issued and outstanding shares with 10,062,000 restricted
shares leaving only 1,492,418 available for trading. The company has addressed the issue of the low number of
available shares for trading by announcing a 7:1 forward stock split with the record date being August 7, 2000.

Finders Keepers, Inc has traded 5,616,300 shares over the last 8 trading days. Many investors have called the
company to complain about potential Market Maker shorting of the stock. The company is not aware of any
Market Maker short positions.

The company is currently working on completing it's 10Q for the quarter ending June 30, 2000. It is anticipated
that the filing will be completed before the August 15, 2000 deadline.
