And finally, to position the company to be cash flow positive by 2002 ANTs is currently in the late stages of a convertible debt financing round that the Company expects to close shortly. The proceeds will be used primarily in advancing the Company's technology toward commercial availability. ANTs anticipates that its present cash resources and this round of financing will sustain operations into the fourth quarter of this calendar year. purecntry5: Have your attorney (if you can afford one) give you a briefing on the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act. "Organized activity" is an essential element. I believe that you and others are participating in organized activities to artificially depress the price of Ants. You "forgot" to quote the part of the Ants conference that states that litigation is commencing to discover the identity of posters such as yourself and hold you accountable for your actions. I believe that the company's allegations will be well founded and that they will prevail. You and others may be judgment proof because you don't "have a pot to p_ss in, or a window to throw it out", but whoever is pulling your strings will not be judgment proof. The discovery process has a way of exposing your secrets that you could never imagine until you have been deposed by an aggressive attorney. A man with the nom de plume, "purecntry5", won't last long.
