Does anyone really think it would be appropriate for me to take it upon myself to do the SEC's job? I'm a glorified hall monitor. I know my place, and it certainly isn't to decide what is and isn't in violation of SEC regs.

Don't worry Bob.. The SEC regs are so ambiguous and all inclusive you can pretty assume that anything you say about a stock is a violation... <VBG>

That said, you're right, it's not your job to enforce the law. They have plenty of "bit chomping" lawyers looking to make their bones suing companies/officers/brokers, so they can get a gig in the private sector defending the above against their lessor qualified successors... So have a heart and don't deprive these eager legal beagles their shot at the bigtime.

Btw, you're far more than a glorified hall monitor Bob. You're a very balanced and even tempered mediator in one of the most free-wheeling public debate forums ever created.

You keep normally civilized people...., well, errr... civilized, in a forum where anonymity oftens causes us to forget our manners.

Luc was absolutely wrong in posting that acronym. If others can't realize that, then they can also follow Luc's advice.
