Thecalculator, re: "Is Saifun for real?"

Saifun is Chinese for "bean thread", also known as ""cellophane noodle", "silver noodle" and "glass noodle". The name derives from being made of mung bean flour (other flours are sometimes substituted.) Delicious in broth or sauteed with scallions and pork, these thin transparent noodles are also found in Thai stuffed chicken wings and hot pots.

Tower Semi apparently went out for Chinese and came back with advanced Israeli flash technology :-)
