Trail Date August 14. I suspect we will see something on the newswire about this during the next week or so. I think we have possibility of a cash out of court settlement from Dayton/Kinross to Medinah. IMO....cash will be paid for the surrounding Andacollo properties in return for Medinah dropping the lawsuit against Dayton. Failure of Dayton to obtain these properties could spell the end of the Andacollo mine as they are quickly running out of high grade gold reserves there.
