Bob, RE: FDKP, what is your stance on the illegal naked shorts? Are the longs wrong in trying to "squeeze" them by calling in their certs?

So let me get this right, Bob,

You state in your VITC article, and I quote:
"So, for some unknown reason, the SEC is investigating this company. As a result, there is the possible risk that the SEC is preparing to take some form of action, which certainly could include a trading suspension.

Normally, the SEC moves first and issues a press release later. A trading suspension, then, could take place before any investor could react to it, and such action likely would be followed by a delisting from the OTC Bulletin Board.

Now those are mighty strong words, especially considering the fact that you know absolutely nothing regarding the nature of the investigation. "So, for some unknown reason...". So based on those few words, you throw out the possibility of trading being halted and delisting from the OTC bulletin board. You don't even bother to call up the SEC to find out the nature of the investigation (here's their number for your reference just in case you do decide to actually research your next article: 1-800-SEC-0330). And you don't even bother calling the company to request any information (and don't give me the B.S. line that they can't state anything that hasn't been filed in an 8K, that's not true. They absolutely can give you information regarding the nature of the investigation. And any CEO of any microcap company does recognize the importance of shareholder relations, it is a large portion of their responsibility as they struggle to gain market recognition).

Once again, your reporting was poorly researched and was reckless in nature, and resulted in loss of market value for the company and losses for shareholders. If, after doing proper research, you do find that the investigation is substantive in nature and could result in a trading halt or delisting, then kudos to you. Report it. But if you find that the investigation is regarding former management of the company from a couple of years back when it was trading as D.H. Marketing who have since been ousted by the company for improper activities, and the focus of the investigation is primarily on these individuals and the company is cooperating fully with the SEC to gather information regarding the improper activities of these individuals, and that there is no intent by the SEC to shut Versatech down or penalize the company or current management, then perhaps you should report that as well.

Just a thought.
