Gheit seems to always be like that. He is not always right, but he does keep himself very well informed. He is the only analyst in this industry that I have any respect for, although Charles Maxwell has been getting better. Why couldn't any of these guys see the obvious coming a year ago? Nearly everyone on this thread called the trends properly but not even one analyst got it right. QUESTION: Anyone have a feel for what Saudi Arabia will do? It seems they painted themselves into a corner. I figure they will tell the Clinton Administration that their oil is having little/no effect on the prices the US cares about (which is correct) and that they will quietly withdraw the extra oil after August.
