I don't completely understand yet what we are talking about when we say INSP has 80% market share currently. It has deals with the companies representing 80% of the users, but what exactly does that get us- are we the default unchangeable homepage/portal on those users' phones? I understand INSP gets $2 per user that uses it, but what exactly are we supplying to the web phone companies/users in exchange? We must be giving them something, otherwise I don't see why they would want to pay us the $2/user fee.

Also, I think the 80% figure is only for the US? I wonder what the percentage is in the other more advanced cell phone markets. In Japan where iMode reins supreme do we even have a single agreement?

Finally, re: competition. Is PHCM a competitor, or are they mainly focusing on supplying the lower level components like the browser used in the phones?
