Well K.-the Mexican hurricane bowling Gods missed, very close, but a miss.

The darn thing came right to our door step, slowed down, moved out a touch farther and hovered just offshore while slowly tracking parallel to our coast line.

In fact here on the Big Island we had one of the nicest days this month yesterday!, and today is kinda hazy but sunny.
The winds did pick up and gust for 24 hours and the surf did get big, but thats about it.
Kauai may still get some wind and rain but all and all Daniel has behaved himself.
I think Pele, our firey volcano Goddess, was a match for him and gave her one of those looks that only a Fire Woman can give and young Daniel backed off from his wet windy attempt to douse her heat...But that's JMHO.<G>

Oh well, this was a good test run and who knows, those Mexigods may not take this laying down!

Nice to see the Naz is not down another 500! and InyourFace recovering from the merger announcement.

Hi K! My Bro seldom writes or calls.

I assumed he had caught a big wave with his "boogie board," all the way from the Big Island to Maui. No such luck. It sounds like a really boring storm to me! <g>

Roger :)

PS. Did I GIT 7707. Doesn't that count as a "minor" grub?
(After all, the 707 was built here in Seattle). <g>
