We have been in a quiet period for five years.
Sure hope I live to find out what Zaffire means to MRV shareholders.
How long has it been since we first heard management funded New access? Two years?

Confidentiality agreements, quiet periods.
Read Corvis's S1... No revenue but they publish the actual contracts in detail of 4-5 hundred million dollars
worth of contracts IF THEIR stuff gets through trials!
After two days in the market they are worth 20 BILLION dollars!

Kinda hard getting used to it!

QUIET PERIOD(S):

I think you can relax your worries about the quiet periods.

Hopefully soon the sponsoring brokers will crank up their
dog and pony show apparatus, and that will do its necessary work. I am not a big fan of brokers, but the ones in question certainly seem to be up to the task.

I am more than happy to have the MRVC management "package"
the set of IPO offerings and bring them online quickly.
The money merchants will do the rest.

I have MUCH more confidence in the total MRVC picture now the first offering is in process, and the second announced.

Meantime, there will no doubt be many excruciating moments.
This seems to be built into the MRVC shareholder experience.
"No pain, no gain" seems to apply.

So maybe "maximum pain, maximum gain" also applies....?

I am rounding up all spare change of a greater denomination
than $.10 for buying the dips.....

Best wishes,
Jim
