DSLcon Poised for Largest Event Ever DSLcon Fall 2000 in Boston Has More Sessions, Exhibits MORGAN HILL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 2000--DSLcon, a conference on digital subscriber line (DSL) technology with supporting exhibits, is preparing for the largest and most extensive gathering in its three-year history. DSLcon Fall 2000, which will be held from Monday, Sept. 18 to Thursday, Sept. 21, will take place at the World Trade Center in Boston. ``We expect a record-breaking crowd,'' said Bill Weber, DSLcon General Manager. ``The sold-out exhibit space has increased by 100% over the event this past spring, and we expect to at least double the attendance we experienced in Reston, Virginia last fall.'' Sessions that should be of particular interest include ``Voice over DSL for Residential Use,'' ``DSHell? Customer Perception vs. Industry Reality,'' ``DSL Goes Wireless,'' ``Advanced Line Sharing Strategies'' and ``Is This the Year of G.lite?'' In addition, there will be panels focused on the subjects of venture capital, security, virtual private networks, multi-tenant unit applications, home networking, CLECs and the chipset market.
