I agree, that is what it was like for me too. A habit I liked a lot, but a habit, not addiction, nevertheless......

It also helps to keep food in your mouth all the time. Chocolate works well, so do potato chips and movie style popcorn that is drenched in butter. Always munch on some kind of food. Health foods are no-nos. They only leave you wanting for cigs. Follow this advice and you'll find quitting is much easier.
