The fact that we do not go on the Internet on a regular basis, does not mean that we are silent. Beacon Light as a company is doing fine. We are very much a healthy company. We believe in the simple philosophy that as the company does well, so will eventually the stock. Our year ended June 30, 2000. The financials are being prepared. We will release audited financial statements for year ended June 30, 2000 as soon as they are available. Prior audited financial statements as well as interim company prepared statements have been released on the net. We have very good auditors that are on the S.E.C. approved list. We have moved our offices to a larger facility to accommodate the needs of Wellux USA with a show-room for our products to be sold to importers and wholesalers here in the United States at 152 North Road, East Windsor, Connecticut 06088 (In the Hartford, Connecticut suburbs closer to the Hartford International Airport).
