The point is, the end can not ever justify the means. Just as the nuts on the extreme right are outwide the law when blowing up abortion clinics (which they feel are wrong) Clinton is wrong when he acts outside the law - regardless of the reason. Do you really want all it brings & all it costs, when might rules, rather than right? I know you really don't, for with it comes another Hitler or Stalin.
