Currently, margin on international minutes are high but since IP doesn't know about international borders, that will also drop very quickly. Is it clear that NTOP owns the gateways (vs. IDTC)? There doesn't seem to be anything patented in them so they will but end up butting heads with Cisco. 'Benefits/revenues from IM agreements (ICQ/MSN/Yahoo)' - Ok but how much will this be? It just doesn't seem as clear as $1+ billion in the bank and that is having a hard time!
