Bob, What are your thoughts about posters who call other posters "liars", "idiots", "scum", "stupid", etc? There is a belief among some of the posters here that their long investment in Rambus justifies disrespectful behavior towards posters of different viewpoints. Scumbria

SI Admin (Bob) Why was your post only directed towards me? I first complained to SI about two weeks ago about what Daniel Schuh was posting on the AMD thread where he was accusing Rambus of being involved in the illegal act of scamming. I took offense to this. I also complained to Rambus that they should notify SI and put a stop to it. Schuh then came over to the Rambus thread and continued post, after post, after post claiming that Rambus was involved in illegal activities of running a scam. If you go back and check his posts your will find that what I am saying is true. I also think that a warning to him privately or publicly about such libelous activity would be in order, but of course that's your decision and I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job. I would think that when a poster (myself) complains about a serious matter, not just the BS, but where someone is making libelous remarks such as Schuh's that SI has a responsibility and would want to know about it and take the proper action. Perhaps someone only complained about me, and I can understand that. But in my mind I was the less guilty party but yet was the one that got reprimanded. Richard Surckla Edit: What took SI so long?
