Trading Halt Extended !!!!
No date has been announced for resumption of trading in Save the World Air,according to an official, unofficially. Requested documents have not been provided and are unlikely to be produced at any time in the near future. The SEC declines to comment about ongoing investigations but unofficial sources seem rather certain that trading in ZERO will be halted "for the protection of the investing public". The story goes that ZERO was asked to produce the documents regarding the "sale" of licenses to a United Nations member country and press releases dealing the "major automotive manufacturer" who contacted STWA. These stories appear to be total fabrications and there is serious doubt that ZERO shares will be allowed to trade in the US market-and this includes the "pink sheets". Questions have arrisen about the "debt-free" claims of the company and the questions concerning sale of stock by Muller in an "arms-length" transaction with family members who reportedly sold over 500,000 shares of ZERO stock in the past three months. Some speculate that the total number of shares of ZERO,including the restricted shares sold directly by Muller number over 20 million shares, some sold for eight cents with a one-year restriction. Contact the SEC enforcement department if you are holding "restricted shares".
