Herzog was at least "slapped" with 46 counts of illegal behavior, and fined. That's a start.

Tom
What firms make markets in OTCBB stocks? And I guess you mean NITE/HRZG start sitting on the Ask and force it down, or vice versa, they start lowering the Bid (Offer)?

Paper says the major firms don't want to end 'selective disclosure'. They have the feeble argument, that the 'free flow' of information to analysts and large institutional investors.....would be hindered...I say..gee..too bad.
Seems they are opposed to letting everyone know the good, bad and ugly...at the same time.
The SEC is accepting comments through Aug 10, 2000.
Does anyone else...want in on the information flow??
Let them know.
Best, Savant
