its interesting that they are in several businesses, but are they experts in these different businesses. ccz was originally selling electronics in cuba, so we should assume that the're expertice is in retailing, so why would they want to buy a "software developer and information technology company which targets the hospitality sector" when that is not what the company does. most businesses divest non-core interests but ccz seems to be buying them. i don't know enough about management to know if they are capable of pulling this off. just my 2 cents.
