Good for you! The first thing I look at in an investor's character is whether they take full responsibility for thier investment decision. If you do take full responsibility then you get a direct feedback on every thing you do wrong and right and you learn much more rapidly than when you have someone else to blame for your wrong decisions.

Carl seeks to influence people investment decisions but he has a very poor track record on this thread. His investment advice is a form of technical reductionism. <G>

By the way, most people lost money in April including the big mutual funds.

Could that infamous date have been March 17? I remember Rambus closing at $394 that Friday, and then dropping $77 on the next trading day.
