At some fundamental gut level...

y'all must realize that 99.999% of this TA stuff is just a bunch of hooey.

The one and only reason Cephalon (CEPH) fell yesterday was because of the science. Or, more precisely, the lack thereof: Message 14142096

If folks rely on little blue lines crossing little red lines etc. as important catalysts in investment decisions, you're bound to get burned. DID ANYONE EVEN REFER TO THE PROFOUNDLY DAMNING ADHD RESULTS RELEASED BY CEPH YESTERDAY WHEN CONTEMPLATING THE COMPANY'S FUTURE? It should have been the one and only topic under discussion!

Pardon me but....duh!!!

Zeev:

I thought APH already had the secondary but there was your typical broker advertisement box in todays WSJ with the 6M shares. Not sure when the shares are offered. Maybe today?

Zeev, Tim, others,
I am holding MLNM and PDLI puts, they are still very profitable positions for me even after today's spike in the biotechs. The spike this morning is a cause for concern for me.

P&F charts still look good for my puts (as in the charts have broken down).

Anybody care to give me a quick read on whether or not these particular biotechs or the sector has hit a bottom?

Thanks,
JXM
