Haim, the market is very oversold and too much bearish sentiment, i think the market has to move higher for a while.

Retail is in a catch-22. The monthly sales come out soon. If they're bad, earnings estimates get cut. If they're good, the Fed raises rates. Then the earnings reports come out later this month. Apparel stocks are probably not going to do well --- it's been raining about every day here in the Mid-Atlantic and looks to continue for awhile.
