The only position not risky right now would be cash! I would rank from least to most, short,T'bills,cash, and then long.

Gary, all kinds of charts are putting in similar rounding tops as we were seeing Last March/April. You may be right that this is almost over and I tend to agree that this isn't going to be a devastating correction, but there is still enough downside potential that I would be careful going long on new positions. But I could also be totally wrong, today could be the start of the new bull run, but I would like to see some confirming buy signals or some capitulation selling or a bounce off of a long term trendline before getting long.
