What you say is true. I was more struck by the notion that one could posit the deposit of ones portfolio more or less in a single issue. FA, TA, whatever. 'tis never done and nobody objected.

I would never short RMBS.

Straddle that SOB and you'll do fine. If reality sets in, the money's in the bank. Should another patent scam work, the calls will triple or then some. I highly doubt this thing will sit still. Even with the irrational premiums on the options, you can still make out good.
