Something to think about (not necessarily you OMD). GS is doing a second offering this week. Considering how much influence that GS has on the market, it seems odd that they would plan the second offering now if they thought that the stock would be going up in the future. Of course, I may not understand completely what would motivate GS to do the second at this time.
