Isn't D1B now called Fab20? And if F10/F14 is at Class 1 shouldn't Fab 15 be there too? EP I guess I should have said D1B/F20. 2 sections of the same Fab, same site. I believe the D1B side does the development, and the F20 side does higher volume. They're seperated by a cleanroom hallway/walkway, and bunny suits can go back and forth, so there's always been some debate, as to whether it's 1 Fab, or 2. As far as I'm concerned, 2 Designations/2 Fabs..... One building. Oh yeah, also Fab15 is Class 1, (Forgot about that one). There's just so many, I can't keep track. :-) SemiconEng
