There are many things that bother me everyday as I use RealTick, mostly related to its very weak charting capabilities. (I am considering going back to QCharts or RavenQuote even though the qfeed is unreliable. Bad data or bad platform -- choose your poison. :)

Anyway, the problem that has always vexed me most is the printing of extra bars after the close. For example, my NDX-100 (cash) intraday charts always have bars for an hour or more after 4pm. I am using the PC Quote Canada feed and this may be their problem.

Is there anything that I can do about this nuisance?

I'm sure you called support by now and they have given you an answer. I don't recall any way to accomplish what you want.

I am sure you have been to the following site for tutorials that might help with Real Tick :
