I use the MACD days trending up (say > 70%, for example) in most of my screens. Its a great way to filter only candidates with good relative strength (or the opposite for short candidates). For the rest, I use simple things like Volume surge and 2 months highs, then try to figure out good break out patterns.

I agree, its a great piece of software and the best price!

Yes, it is dead. Will probably rise from the dead once their next version is out.. Praying indicator parameters become user definable.. I think most that use it are quite happy with it. That's what a quiet thread usually means. People are quick to complain.. slow to praise.
