The price of WIND and SNPS have tracked each other rather horribly this year, and I was wondering if it was due to the question of licensing? There is a good post on the SNPS board that goes over SNPS re-classification of this practice (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=14056285). Could the lack of visibility of licensing be the reason WIND (which I have been long since $17, and seen it depreciate from $66 with nary a bad release) has been effected?
