Erik - The K - Here's another tester that has a 1.13 GHz Pentium, III taht plugged it into a standard 820 board - A STANDARD 820 BOARD !!!

No mention of Special ANYTHING !!!

"Testing

1GHz Athlon Thunderbird
To put the P3-1GHz/133 CPU through its paces we used our standard i820-based rig, and dropped in a Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS 64MB AGP card. We also added in several other systems with different speed CPUs, as we wanted to see how the P3-1.13GHz CPU compares to processors already on the market.

Here are the specs on our four testbeds:

P3-1.13GHz/133 SECC2 System

Intel Vancouver i820 Mainboard
128MB of PC800 Kingston Memory RDRAM
Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS 64MB AGP
SoundBlaster Live! Platinum Audio Card
Seagate 8.1GB 5,400rpm UDMA/66 HD

So - THREE REVIEWERS have no problem and no special MicroCOde requirements - but Tom UberShmuckface can't get a 1.13 GHz Pentium III to work - so ONLY Tom UberShmuckface is correct - right?
