If anyone finds any information regarding if any broker-dealer will trade ZERO or not, please post.

TIA

re. "If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate"

Well, as I've said several times, I'm certain that the financial statements are consistent neither with themselves nor with news releases.

Either the company is NOT debt-free as claimed, or it doesn't owe Muller anything as claimed in the filings.

If the SEC told the broker dealers to look at this specifically, I'm sure there's no way that b/d's could provide any assurance that the statements are accurate, and trading would not resume.

Unless it resumes in some kind of ECN gray market, not affiliated with the NASD or the Pink Sheets. That's what happened to NCDR under similar circumstances.

My speculation is that we won't see ZERO trade on the BB or the pink sheets in 2000, but we will see limited trades on some ECN within a few months.
