Kiggen in my opinion, has a lot to learn about retailing. "customer value metrics" Could be: 1. Age 2. Wealth 3. Lack of wealth 4. Likely have a computer and an ISP account 5. Reads a lot and surfs the web a lot???? 6. Unemployed with time to do both? 7. Has panic attacks when they go out of the house I am looking for more ideas. Anyone wish to elaborate?
