what do you think? "definitive agreement", yet no $ details with which to make it "definitive" in investors eyes. raises my suspicion of a firesale to unload. do others have more info?

Dan,
Thanks for the update on the news released today. Expecting TSSW to have a good gain from the sale of Checkit as the company has already been reducing amortization charges. Waiting on the details of this deal and what the company expects to do with its investment from the sale of Checkit.
