The problem now is that Softbank is being viewed as big and overweight and perhaps unmanageble. Perhaps having less cash to invest will force a more careful focused selective type of investing. This could be a good outcome. Softbank is still the first choice as a partner for many small companies. This is especially true for Japan and Asia. The Internet will continue to grow and expand, but the days of only buying market shares (eyeballs) may be over.

When I review my portfolio, I see that almost every stock that I've bought in the last couple of years is losing money <G>. Perhap we and Softbank should focus on stocks that will make money (at least in the near future).

Jay--I missed it. What did 9984 do? I know the stock went up, but don't know why.
